You start with $15,000 and there's a few types of jobs; including being a taxi driver, a delivery driver, mechanic etc... Also with factions such as the Police, Emergency Services, The News. Government and much more with the posibility of creating your own. There's so many oppotunitys to roleplay with being able to own your house, business and much more.
