This is Our new tekkit server it's named mittelerde (middle earth). Red matter Tools aren't allowed. Red matter armor is Allowed and Energy condenser are On and allwowed. Quarrys and Computer craft (turtles etc.) Are too On and allowed. More instructions about the server see at server spawn.
