All players are welcome to join, and all can build a house, or what you want.

But, we dont accept hack!
Wallhack, fly, "give" command, or another command some "normaly" users not can use, this is a "hack" for us.
And if a player use hack, so write a admin to then player, and ban if he/her dont listen.
